Once report cards are received we will add individual names to a portion of our website and then conduct a random drawing after the deadline date. The due date for this has changed. Please note the August 19, 2016 deadline. Girls from ALL grades who maintain a “B” average will be encouraged to submit their report cards to the WTGA.
Scholarship Program – The WTGA will be enhancing the scholarship program to offer one scholarship to a current Senior in High School or a freshman in college who has involvement with an organized junior golf program. The purpose of the WTGA Scholarship Program is to provide financial assistance to support and encourage young women who are seeking higher education. The scholarship recipient shall exemplify academic proficiency, establish financial need and illustrate an interest in the game of golf. The scholarship is named in honor of Doris Kallina and 'Nez Muhleman, two ladies who have dedicated many years of service to women’s golf. The Doris Kallina/’Nez Muhleman Scholarship will grant one special girl at least $25,000 over a four year commitment. Complete details are in the scholarship application, which is on the link below. Deadline is June 1, 2016 at 5:00 PM CST.
